What are registers and records to be maintained by the principal employer under the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970?
Under this Act, the principal employer should maintain a register of contractors in Form XII for each registered establishment. [Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Central Rules, 1971, Chapter VII, Section 74]
