A Byte a day on gratuity act
Whether employee is eligible for gratuity for less than 5 years of Service?
As per The Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972, if an employee has completed 4 years of continuous service and 240 days continuous working in 5th year then the employee will be eligible for gratuity.
