Is it permissible for any employer to collect from a worker any fee or charge for the various facilities provided under the Factories Act?
No fee or charge can be realized from a worker in respect of the various facilities and conveniences provided under the Act. A worker can, however, be charged for the foodstuffs served in the factory canteen.
