Procedure For Policy Acknowledgement

STEP 1: Log in to the ‘HRMS application’ in your mobile. You will receive a pop  

               up like the below mentioned image.

 

 

STEP 2: Now login the HRMS web portal with your ‘Employee Credentials’ 

 

STEP 3: The preview of the policy document will appear in your screen popup. 

                 After reading the document you should click ‘Accept Policy’. 

 

 

STEP 4: Only after ‘acknowledging the policy’, you will be allowed to your HRMS Web Application & Mobile Application. 

 

 

You can view the policy document anytime in ‘Document Centre’ option. You can even find the download option for the policy document.

 

                         


In Mobile application, you can find the document anytime under the option ‘Explore’ à ‘Documents’ à ‘Company Policies’
