What is the procedure for submission of draft Standing Orders under the Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Act?
The employer shall submit to the Certifying Officer five copies of the draft Standing Orders proposed by him within 6 months from the date on which the Act becomes applicable to the establishment. This has to be accompanied by a statement giving particulars of the workmen employed along with the name of the trade union, if any.
