Who is the Certifying Officer under the Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Act?
The Labour Commissioner or a Regional Labour Commissioner and any other officers appointed by the appropriate Government by notification in the official gazette, shall perform all or any other function of the Certifying Officers.
