What are the penalties for contravention of the Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Act?
- If the employer fails to submit draft Standing Orders, a fine of ₹5000 is imposed, and ₹200 for every day of contravention of the offence.
- For contravention of rules, a fine of ₹100 is imposed and on continuation of the offence ₹25 for every day.
