What is the Intimation Receipt as per Shops & Establishment Act?
The employer of every establishment engaging less than 10 workers has to submit an online intimation of commencement of business along with the required documents. After receiving the information, an intimation Receipt in Form ‘G’ shall be issued to the applicant online.
