What is the provision of the Industrial Disputes Act about the enforceability of awards passed under its provisions and their coming into operation?

1. An award passed under the provisions of the Act will become enforceable on the expiry of 30 days from the date of its publication by the Government.


2. It will come into operation with effect from the date fixed therein for that purpose, and if no date is so fixed, it will come into operation from the expiry of 30 days from the date of its publication by the Government.
