What are the steps involved in getting the Certificate under the Shops and Establishments Act?
1. Application for certification duly filled and signed has to be submitted within 30 days of commencement of business.
2. Application can be made offline or online. If offline you have to visit the labour department and if online visit the labour department website.
3. Submit the Application to Chief Labour Inspector of the state either online or offline along with the required documents.
