Is contract labour entitled for the wages prescribed under the Minimum Wages Act or wages notified by the Commissioner of Labour?

Contract Labour is entitled to minimum wages if they are employed in a scheduled employment.  They are entitled to wages notified by the Commissioner of Labour under the Contract Labour Act if they are employed in non-scheduled employment.
