Does a reference of any industrial dispute under Section 2-A weaken or abate in the event of death of the workman during the pending of the proceedings?

The death of the workman during the pendency of the proceedings cannot deprive the heirs or the legal representatives of their right to continue the proceedings and claim the benefit as successors to the deceased workman.
