As per the Payment of Wages Act, on what dates the wages are required to be paid to the workers?

The due date for payment of wages is as fixed for the specific establishment.  However, as per the Act, the wages have to be paid within the 7th day of the last day of the wage period where the number of employees is less than 1000.  Where the establishment has more than 1000 employees, the wages have to be paid within the 10th day of the last day of the wage period.
