What is the criteria to become eligible for the Employee pension scheme?
As per the Act, to be eligible for availing the Employees’ Pension Scheme (EPS), an individual has to fulfil the following criteria:
•The employee should be a member of EPFO
•The employee should have completed 10 years of service
•The employee must have attained the age of 50 years for early pension and 58 years for regular pension
