Do you know the level at which Minimum Wages are determined?

In India the National Floor level Minimum Wage (NFLMW) is fixed at INR 178/-. The levels differ from state to state and are categorized under Skilled, Semi-skilled and Unskilled employees.  In Tamilnadu the levels are:  Skilled – INR 382.50, Semi-skilled – INR 360.81 and Unskilled – INR 353.96.
